NOBLE-HF Characteristics:
NOBLE-HF is a medium coated air-hardening type electrode for hard facing applications on mild steel , carbon steels and alloy steels of hardness of 500-690 BHN (Approx.) suitable for machine parts subject to abrasive wear.
Application:
NOBLE-HF is suitable for the welding of Crusher hammers, Cane cutting knives, conveyor buckets, Drilling bits, Shears and croppers, Oil expellers, Mine rails, Caterpillar treads, Mixer blades, Dipper teeth, Muller ploughs etc..

NOBLE-300R Characteristics:
NOBLE-300R is rutile type electrode for hard facing on machine parts. Weld metal is highly resistant to abrasive wear with moderate impact strength.
Application:
NOBLE-300R is suitable for hard facing on mild steel and low alloy steel for hardness requirement of 350 BHN Approx. It is useful in welding of shear blades punching dies, rail ends and crossings, couplings, pulleys, shafts etc..
For better results two layers are recommended.
